As a teacher and facilitator of seven yoga teacher training programs over nine years, I have seen many participants benefit who had no desire to teach. These programs are fun, powerful experiences that help people find purpose, peace, and joy in life.

Online learning
Most content is presented online, with all sessions recorded and available for review in the student learning portal. Zoom has proven to be an excellent tool for teacher training. It works.
Practicum
Upon commencement of the training, in-person gatherings will be arranged for those who are local. The same will be made available (indefinitely) for those participating remotely through any live event, retreat, workshop, or regularly scheduled classes in Boulder, CO. Live topics include pattern recognition and the proper use of hands and touch as a teacher. All trainees will be encouraged to observe several live classes taught by Jeff and other certified Avita teachers.
EXPECT A MIX OF PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS.
Not everyone wants to teach Avita Yoga, maybe you just want more experience to deepen your practice on the physical and spiritual levels.
The 200hr Avita Teacher Training with Jeff Bailey was spectacular. Having done many previous yoga teacher training sessions, I was impressed by how professional, compassionate, and purposeful the course was.
Jeff helped me clarify what direction I wanted to take my teaching, providing the tools and support to feel both confident and competent in helping people. The results have been amazing as I’ve integrated this work into my teaching and students.
